Česká verze Edinburgh handedness inventory |
| Cílem této studie bylo vytvoření české verze
nejpoužívanějšího inventáře zjišťujícího rukovost:
Edinburgh handedness inventory (EHI).
V průběhu překladové procedury (modifikovaný
přímý překlad) došlo ke změně formulace
jednotlivých položek pro sjednocení interpretace
testovanými osobami. Strukturální modelování
odhalilo nadbytečnost (psaní), případně
nedostatečnou přesnost (nůž, koště, krabice)
indikátorů rukové preference v EHI. Tyto
položky byly z inventáře vyloučeny a vznikla
tak 6ti položková česká verze EHI. Výsledky
naznačují, že při vytváření kompozitního skóru
(laterálního kvocientu) z takto upraveného
inventáře není nutné jednotlivým položkám
přiřazovat odlišné váhy. Reliabilita vyjádřená
pomocí McDonaldova koeficientu omega byla
pro 6položkovou unidimenzionální českou verzi
EHI 0,95. |

| Czech version of Edinburgh handedness inventory |
| The aim of this study was to create valid Czech
version of the most commonly used handedness
questionairre: the Edinburgh handedness inventory
(EHI). The formulations of particular items
were changed during the translation procedure
(modified direct translation) in order to unify the
interpretation of the items. Structural equation
modeling revealed a redundancy (writing), or insufficient
accuracy (knife, broom, box opening)
of some items in the EHI. Czech version of the
EHI containing 6 items was created by exclusion
of these problematic items. Results suggest
that it is not necessary to weight particular items
to calculate the laterality quotient (compozite
score). Reliability measured as the McDonald’s
omega for the unidimensional Czech version of
the EHI was 0,95. |
