| Účelem textu je představení různých modelů psychoterapeutické formulace případu. Koncept formulace případu je nejprve definován, jsou uvedeny jeho základní vlastnosti a účel. Následně jsou představeny specifické aspekty formulace případu z pohledu odlišných psychoterapeutických přístupů a modely aspirující na využitelnost různými přístupy. Zmiňované koncepty jsou poté uvedeny do kontextu sady kategorií nabízející přehled obsahových a formálních prvků formulace případu. Kategoriemi odlišujícími různé koncepty a definice formulace případu jsou původ teorie, centrální prvek, symptomatologie, vztah k plánování, adresát a profesní kontext. |

| Presentation of selected models of psychotherapeutic case formulation |
| The purpose of the presented text is an introduction of different psychotherapeutic case formulation models. First the case formulation concept is defined and its basic qualities and purpose are delineated. Then the text introduces specific aspects of case formulation as viewed by different psychotherapy approaches, and models declaring their usefulness for more than one specific approach. Mentioned models are then put into context of a set of categories offering overview of content and formal aspects of case formulations. The categories differentiating concepts and definitions of case formulations are: theory origination, central element, symptomatology, approach to planning, recipient, and context of profession. |
