Rodičovský konflikt a adaptační potíže dětí: význam komunikace s dítětem po konfliktu
Cílem přehledové studie je zmapovat problematiku rodičovského konfliktu a komunikace, která po konfliktu následuje. Pozornost je věnována různým druhům konfliktů a jejich souvislostem s adaptačními potížemi dětí a dospívajících. Dále se studie zaměřuje na vliv rodičovského konfliktu na rodičovskou roli. Jsou popsány typické způsoby reakcí rodičů na proběhnuté konflikty směrem k jejich dětem a vliv těchto slovních vyjádření na prožívání dítěte. Je diskutován vliv řešení konfliktu na případné potíže dětí. Strategie podporující dítě se ukazují jako protektivní. Jako zásadní se jeví také kongruence mezi situací, které bylo dítě svědkem, a informací, kterou dostane o této situaci od rodiče. Důležitou roli hraje schopnost rodiče jasně a srozumitelně dítěti vysvětlit, že ono není příčinnou partnerských konfliktů, a zabránit tak sebeobviňování za rodičovský konflikt. Je zmíněn vliv rodinného kontextu. V závěru studie jsou popsány aplikační možnosti daných zjištění a je diskutována přenositelnost poznatků do českého prostředí a limity dosavadních studií.

Parental conflict and adaptation problems in children: the meaning of communication with a child after the conflict
The aim of the review is to summarize the topic of interparental confllict in connection with communication that follows the conflict. Attention is paid to different types of conflicts and their association to child’s and adolescentʼs problems with adaptation. The review also focuses on the impact of interparental conflict on parental role. The typical reactions of parents towards their children about the past conflicts and the impact of different explanations are discussed. The impact of finding a solution to the conflict is also discussed. Supportive strategies for child are shown as protective. The essential point is congruence between the situation that was witnessed by child and the information that parents tell the child. It is also important to give the child clear and comprehensible explanation that the child is not the reason of the parental conflicts. The influence of family context is mentioned. Possibilities of application in the practice are described in the conclusion of the review. Transfer of the information into Czech environment and limitations of existing studies are discussed.
