Pracovní gerontologie: obor s budoucností |
| V příspěvku je představena pracovní gerontologie
a její úloha v oblasti pracovních sil vzhledem
k jejich stárnutí v ČR a v EU. Autorka uvádí některá
opatření, která by měla být v této souvislosti
přijata. Článek dokumentuje některé postoje
a stereotypy spojené se staršími pracovníky
na průzkumu Eurobarometer 2012. Zaměřuje se
na koncepci práceschopnosti a roli psychologie
v profesní gerontologii. |

| Occupation gerontology:
a discipline for the future |
| The contribution is devoted to new development
of workforce in the CR and EU with the respect
to its greying. Some measures that should be
taken from the point of occupational gerontology
are introduced. The article documents some
attitudes and sterotypes associated with older
workers by the Eurobarometer survey 2012. It
turns attention to the concept of work ability and
the role of psychology in occupational gerontology. |
